Qualifications

• B. Pharm / M. Pharm or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences.
• 12–18 years of experience in pharmaceutical capsule manufacturing, including team leadership experience.
• Sound knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day capsule manufacturing operations.
• Plan and monitor production to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Review and maintain production documentation.
• Lead and develop the production team through training and guidance.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores for smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support capacity expansion and new manufacturing projects.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and departmental budgets.
• Ensure audit readiness and continuous quality improvement.
