Job summary

SEI Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer in Hyderabad to maintain and support trading, portfolio management, and reconciliation applications across multiple environments. You will drive major version upgrades, client implementations, and 24x7 production support while coordinating with global delivery teams.

The role requires 7+ years of mainframe experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of support or development experience in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, SASC, Natural, ISPF Utilities, REXX, ADABAS, VSAM).
• Experience supporting cross-platform applications on mainframe with CA Scheduler, Tivoli, and related tools.
• Ability to analyze errors and logs in CA Scheduler, SDSF, SAR, and Connect Direct.
• Knowledge of real-time data replication between legacy and distributed apps.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and post-implementation production support.

Responsibilities

• Manage support of legacy applications through multiple lifecycle environments from pilot to production.
• Coordinate changes for cross-platform applications in IBM z/OS environments.
• Handle batch production interfaces using CA Scheduler, Connect Direct, SFTP, and IBM Tivoli.
• Analyze and resolve issues in real time with end-to-end problem resolution.
• Plan and track releases, change requests, and disaster recovery testing.
• Assist developers and infrastructure teams in investigating critical production issues.
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems and after-hours maintenance.
• Share knowledge and mentor peers across teams.

## Senior Product Support EngineerApply: IND-Hyderabad-GCC: Full time: Posted Today: R0037772SEI is looking for a candidate who will be working as a technical support specialist primarily responsible for the production and development systems support of a suite of trading, portfolio management and reconciliation applications. This includes support of other financial based applications hosted for several business units within SEI.
