Job summary

Growth Heist is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Unified Detection & Response (UDR) to lead CTDR development powered by Google SecOps. You will align cybersecurity engineering, delivery, sales, presales and partners to build differentiated CTDR capabilities and offerings.

You will own design, architectures, sales enablement, demos and PoCs while driving a modern SOC transformation roadmap for large enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SOC/MDR solution design or cybersecurity services.
• 3+ years hands-on Google SecOps experience.
• 5+ years GTM / Presales experience.
• Strong enterprise architecture and cybersecurity service design.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience with MSSP/MDR environments or cybersecurity consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, enhancement and evolution of the CTDR service using Google SecOps.
• Drive capabilities across SIEM, SOAR, AI, UEBA, ITDR, EDR/XDR, threat hunting, detection engineering, and DFIR.
• Develop solution designs, technical architectures, service descriptions, sales guides and pricing.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap based on market needs and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Platform Engineering to ensure scalability.
• Track CTDR offering pipeline and support GTM growth with partners.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, PoCs and enablement sessions for sales teams.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner – Unified Detection & Response (UDR) to lead the development and evolution of a next-generation Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR) service capability powered by Google SecOps.

This is a highly strategic and hands‑on role combining cybersecurity product ownership, SOC/MDR solutioning, service design, GTM, presales and enterprise client engagement.

You will work closely with cybersecurity engineering, delivery, sales, presales and technology partners to build differentiated CTDR capabilities covering modern SOC transformation, threat detection, investigation, response, threat hunting, automation and AI‑driven security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product & CTDR Offering Ownership

Own the development, enhancement and evolution of the Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR) service offering using Google SecOps.

Drive Capabilities Across

• SIEM and security analytics

Define and evolve the product/service roadmap based on market needs, customer requirements and emerging cybersecurity technologies.

Work closely with Delivery and Platform Engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and use cases remain current and scalable.

Track the CTDR offering pipeline and collaborate with GTM teams to support business growth.

Work with technology partners and product vendors to continuously enhance technical and commercial capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SOC/MDR solution design, cybersecurity services or related areas.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Google SecOps experience is mandatory.
• 5+ years of GTM / Presales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in cybersecurity service/solution design and enterprise architecture.
• Strong client‑facing communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, MSSP/MDR environments or cybersecurity consulting organizations.
