Job summary

Atos is seeking a senior security operations lead to design, implement, and optimize Google SecOps (Chronicle SIEM & SOAR) for enterprise-scale environments in Bengaluru. You will own SIEM onboarding, detection engineering, and incident response strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in security operations, deep knowledge of major SIEMs, and hands-on experience with cloud security across Azure,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in security operations or equivalent.
• Experience leading Google SecOps initiatives and SIEM onboarding projects.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms and MITRE ATT&CK aligned detections.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, architecture, and optimization of Google SecOps (Chronicle SIEM & SOAR).
• Manage SIEM onboarding, parser development, UDM mapping, correlation rules, dashboards, and automation.
• Design and implement detection use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Lead log source onboarding, normalization, troubleshooting, and data quality management.
• Develop and optimize YARA-L rules, SOAR playbooks, and threat detection content.
• Manage platform health, performance tuning, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Drive security monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Manage RBAC, IAM integration, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SOC analysts and engineers.
• Support audit, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Range: 8 - 12 Years
