Job summary

Wati is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale APIs, MCPs, and native integrations for a developer-centric platform. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define API surfaces, SDKs, and extensibility primitives, shaping the ecosystem for thousands of businesses relying on our messaging solutions.

You will drive a product-led partnerships strategy, engage with developer communities, and measure impact across adoption, activation, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Product Manager at a scale or growth-stage company, ideally on developer, platform, or ecosystem products.
• Strong technical product judgment; comfortable working with AI platforms, APIs, MCPs, integrations, LLM tooling, and developer and agentic workflows.
• Track record of launching new platforms and iterating based on real usage and data.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity while building systems that scale.
• Data-driven mindset with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for building native integrations, strong APIs and an Agent friendly platform
• Identify high-impact integration and ecosystem opportunities by analyzing developer needs, Agent behaviours, partner platforms, and competitive landscapes
• Work closely with engineering to define APIs, SDKs, auth, and extensibility primitives that scale and are easy to adopt
• Build a product-led partnerships strategy that turns integrations into a repeatable demand and revenue channel
• Lead 0-1 and early-scale experiments for new integrations, marketplaces and communities; measuring adoption, activation, and revenue impact
• Collaborate with sales, partnership and marketing teams to launch, position, and grow integrations and drive adoption amongst developer communities
• Synthesize learnings and present clear recommendations to leadership

About the Role

Wati is growing rapidly and we are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to help scale our product offerings and work with our product and engineering teams to develop and execute our shared product vision. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial PMs who value moving quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience at a startup or high-growth scaleup
• Coding or SQL experience — you don't need to ship code, but you can read it and get your own answers from data
• Familiarity with the messaging, CPaaS, or WhatsApp ecosystem
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related technical field
