Job summary

KC Overseas Education is building ARO.AI, an AI-powered CRM for study abroad counsellors, universities, and higher education institutions. We seek a founding Product Manager to own the product end-to-end, from discovery to launch, and to shape a zero-to-one product in a fast-growing startup.

You will interact with universities, counsellors and users to identify problems, define strategy and drive the PDLC, collaborating with a large team of engineers and designers to ship iteratively.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Product Management experience with strong B2B SaaS exposure.
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred; IIT/NIT/BITS or similar engineering background is a plus.
• Experience in an early-stage startup where you have built or significantly shaped products.
• Proven ownership of products/features from discovery to production.

Senior Product Manager

Location: Hyderabad / Nagpur | Experience: 4–8 Years

ARO.AI is being built by KC Overseas Education, a company that has run international education operations across 30+ countries for over 28 years. We are now building the AI layer on top of all that experience.

We are building an AI-powered CRM for study abroad consultants, universities and higher education institutions. Most of this industry still runs admissions and counselling on spreadsheets and CRMs that were never built for this workflow. We are changing that.

We are at an early stage and looking for a Founding Product Manager who wants to build, not just manage.

What you will do

• This is a 0→1 product ownership role. You will work directly with the Founder and own the product end to end:

• Talk to universities, counsellors and users to identify real problems worth solving.
• Define product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Own the complete PDLC from discovery → wireframe → PRD → build → launch → adoption.
• Work closely with 20+ engineers and designers to ship products fast.
• Create wireframes and user flows when needed and stay hands-on till execution.
• Decide what to build, what not to build and why.
• Use product data, customer feedback and business impact to improve the product.
• Identify where AI/agents can genuinely improve the international admissions journey.

What we are expecting

• 4–8 years of Product Management experience with strong B2B SaaS exposure.
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred. IIT/NIT/BITS or similar engineering background is a plus.
• Experience in an early-stage startup where you have built or significantly shaped products.
• Proven ownership of products/features from problem discovery to production.
• Strong product thinking, customer understanding and execution.
• Comfortable with wireframing, PRDs, APIs, integrations and working with engineering teams.
• AI/GenAI exposure is a plus, but strong SaaS product experience matters more.

If you want a defined PM role, this is not it. If you want to build the product from the ground up, this is the role.
