About the Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially strong Senior Product Manager with hands‑on experience in Category Management and Sourcing. This role is one level above Product Manager and requires someone with deeper exposure to vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and category P&L ownership, rather than only product lifecycle execution. The ideal candidate should combine product thinking with strong commercial acumen.

Role & Responsibilities

• Category & Commercial Ownership
• Own category growth strategy and commercial performance
• Drive margin improvement and cost optimization
• Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks
• Sourcing & Vendor Management
• Identify and onboard new vendors/manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms
• Work closely with supply chain and operations for smooth execution
• Product Development & Execution
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Collaborate with NPD, packaging, marketing, and performance teams
• Ensure timely product launches aligned with revenue targets
• Financial & Data Analysis
• Monitor product performance, contribution margins, and inventory turnover
• Take corrective action based on sales data and demand trends
