Job summary

Otavo.ai in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive web and mobile app products focused on user acquisition and retention. The role requires close collaboration with business and engineering teams, reporting to the product management team.

The ideal candidate will own retention and engagement metrics, work with UX/UI designers, run A/B tests, and lead feature ideation and execution to improve app performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of core product management on a consumer app.
• Based in Mumbai, willing to work from office five days a week.
• Owned a retention, engagement or repeat-purchase metric on a consumer product.
• Hands-on with experimentation and analytics tools.
• Some form of gamification experience.
• At least 2 years of recent experience at a startup or scale-up.
• Education: Tier-1 or Tier-2 college.
