Job summary

Ubiqedge Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the AIoT platform roadmap, including hardware, firmware, cloud software, and AI components.

You will drive product strategy, pricing, and APIs while coordinating with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in IoT, AIoT, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, packaging, retention and expansion metrics.
• Experience in customer discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and requirements definition.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, data models, integrations, and connected-device ecosystems.
• Hands-on AI-assisted prototyping mindset to turn ideas into testable concepts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AIoT platform.
• Drive customer discovery, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Define SaaS pricing, packaging, and subscription models including per-device plans.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture, APIs, dashboards, and onboarding.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Product Manager to own our AIoT platform roadmap and help shape the next generation of connected industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & SaaS Monetization

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AIoT platform.
• Drive customer discovery, site visits, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Define SaaS pricing, packaging, and subscription models, including per-device and per-module plans.
• Explore OEM/white-label and managed-service models while prioritizing scalable, repeatable products over one-off customizations.

2. AIoT Platform & Product Architecture

• Drive product development across devices, gateways, edge computing, cloud platforms, and AI capabilities.
• Work on device and protocol abstraction, edge runtime, data pipelines, model deployment, OTA updates, and fleet observability.
• Define product requirements for APIs, SDKs, dashboards, integrations, and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on build-versus-buy decisions and scalable product architecture.

3. End-to-End Product Development

• Translate customer and business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with hardware, firmware, software, QA, data, and business teams.
• Manage the product lifecycle from prototypes and pilots to launch and continuous improvement.
• Drive product reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.

4. AI-Assisted Prototyping & Innovation

• Build interactive prototypes and dashboards using tools such as Lovable, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Validate product concepts and workflows with customers before full-scale development.
• Clearly distinguish prototypes and mock integrations from production-ready solutions.

5. Customer Adoption & Product Analytics

• Improve customer activation, active usage, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts.
• Use product analytics and telemetry to track device health, alarms, fleet performance, and user engagement.
• Identify AI/ML use cases and drive customer and third-party integrations.
• Measure product success through recurring revenue, adoption, reliability, delivery, and AI outcomes.

6. Execution & Go-to-Market

• Own backlog prioritization, release roadmaps, sprint planning, UAT, and release readiness.
• Support product demos, customer pilots, positioning, pricing inputs, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and business heads on roadmap reviews, innovation councils, and product portfolio decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of product management experience in IoT, AIoT, SaaS, enterprise software, connected devices, industrial automation, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, packaging, retention, and expansion metrics.
• Experience in customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and requirements definition.
• Working knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, data models, integrations, and connected-device ecosystems.
• A hands‑on, AI-assisted prototyping mindset with the ability to turn ideas into testable product concepts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Productboard, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, Postman, SQL, and GitHub.
