The Role

As a Senior Product Manager (PM4) at AiPrise, you will own a significant area of our compliance platform end-to-end — driving vision, strategy, and execution. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will work directly with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver innovative solutions for our global fintech clients.

At PM4, we expect you to operate as a force multiplier: setting the bar for product thinking, mentoring others, and leading initiatives that shape the direction of the company.

What You'll Do

Product Ownership

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product area end-to-end.
• Define what 'good' looks like, make prioritization calls, and ship work with accountability.

Product Development

• Collaborate with engineering and design to create detailed product specifications.
• Drive high-quality product development from discovery through delivery.

Roadmap & Strategy

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Contribute to broader product strategy and help set the direction for your area.

Problem Solving

• Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
• Work with the team to implement pragmatic, high-impact solutions.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product requirements.
• Lead webinars, demos, and onboarding sessions. Partner directly with our largest accounts.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• At PM4, you are expected to mentor and elevate the product craft of those around you.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or staff level.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical background — you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system trade-offs.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven: you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers.
• Comfortable holding the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions.
