Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our skills and AI platform from Hyderabad, combining AI-powered experiences with skills intelligence to help organizations understand workforce capabilities.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship products that make learning smarter, more personalized, and measurably effective in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Direct experience building products in Skills, AI, Talent technology with LMS familiarity.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered features and productionizing models.
• Strong grasp of skills frameworks, competency models, or skills-based talent strategies.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear product strategy and roadmaps.
• Fluency with product analytics and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with discovery and research driven development.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our skills capabilities from discovery through launch.
• Define and drive the AI product strategy—personalized learning paths, content recommendations, skills inference, and generative features.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with data science to build models for skills mapping and adaptive learning experiences.
• Lead the Skills surface—course delivery, learning paths, assessments, reporting, admin workflows, and integrations.
• Conduct customer discovery, usability research, and win/loss analysis to validate direction.
• Define success metrics and instrument products for measurement and impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and go-to-market readiness.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our skills and AI platform. In this role you'll own products at the intersection of AI-powered experiences and skills intelligence — helping organizations understand the capabilities oftheir workforce and close skill gaps at scale. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship products that make learning smarter, more personalized, and measurably effective. This is a high-impact role for someone who is energized by ambiguous, fast-moving spaces and wants to shape how AI transforms how people learn and grow.

In this Role you will ..

• Own the product vision,strategy, and roadmap for our skills capabilities, from discovery throughlaunch and iteration.
• Define and drive the AIproduct strategy — including personalized learning paths, contentrecommendations, skills inference, and generative/agentic features — balancinguser value, technical feasibility, and responsible AI practices.
• Translate customer andmarket needs into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and well-scopedinitiatives that engineering teams can execute against.
• Partner with data scienceand ML teams to build and refine models for skills mapping, competencyassessment, and adaptive learning experiences.
• Lead the Skills productsurface — course delivery, learning paths, assessments, reporting, adminworkflows, and integrations with the broader LXP/ LMS ecosystem.
• Conduct customer discovery,usability research, and win/loss analysis to continuously validate directionand uncover new opportunities.
• Define success metrics,instrument products for measurement, and use data to inform decisions anddemonstrate impact.
• Collaboratecross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and customer success to driveadoption and ensure go-to-market readiness.
• Communicate strategy,trade-offs, and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders across theorganization.

You've got what it takes if you have

• 6-8 years of product management experience, including 2+years in a senior or lead capacity, ideally shipping SaaS or platform products.
• Direct experience building products in the Skills, AI,Talent technology space — with hands-on familiarity with Learning ManagementSystems (LMS) and related learning ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered featuresand a working understanding of how to scope, evaluate, and productionize models(personalization, recommendations, NLP, or generative AI).
• Strong grasp of skills frameworks, competency models, orskills-based talent strategies and how they map to product experiences.
• Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous problemsinto clear product strategy and executable roadmaps.
• Fluency with product analytics and a data-informedapproach to decision-making and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills, with the ability to influence without authority across technical andnon-technical audiences.
• A customer-obsessed mindset backed by a track record ofdiscovery and research driven product development.
