Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Galaxy AI ecosystem, focusing on building AI-driven features for enterprise SaaS. This hands-on role explores LLMs, recommender systems, and other AI tools to enhance workforce tech.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers, collect and prepare datasets, experiment with TensorFlow/PyTorch, and contribute to MLOps concepts like deployment and monitoring, all within an Agile team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and Python.
• Deep knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) is a plus.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how AI and machine learning are developed and deployed in a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to explore how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI tools can make work more personal and efficient.

In this role you will…

• Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI.
• Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.

• Learn about MLOps concepts such as model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Assist in writing clean, well-documented code using Python and related libraries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos.
• Stay curious—research new AI tools, libraries, or ideas that could enhance our platform.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…
