About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive the strategic direction of our Nations Vision product ecosystem — a multi-tool platform supporting hundreds of clients across the vision benefits landscape. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical rigor, unwavering attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to product quality and accuracy. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring someone who can navigate complex, interconnected systems — fee schedules, provider networks, plan configurations, and claims processing — while maintaining the trust of hundreds of clients who depend on flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Nations Vision platform, balancing client needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

Core System Management

• Provider-Facing Claims Portal: Drive continuous enhancement of the provider portal, delivering new features that improve speed and accuracy for end users
• Fee Schedule Design & Configuration: Oversee the accuracy, configuration, and maintainability of fee schedules across the platform; champion self-service configuration tools that empower Operations teams
• Provider Network Mapping: Manage the configuration and integrity of provider network data, ensuring accurate mapping across geographies and specialties
• Plan Access Restrictions: Direct the setup and validation of plan-level access rules, benefit tiers, and eligibility parameters
• Claims Processing Engine: Partner with engineering to optimize claims adjudication logic, troubleshoot processing issues, and ensure accurate, timely claim outcomes.

Quality & Accuracy Focus

• Establish and monitor quality benchmarks across all product tools and workflows
• Proactively identify data integrity issues, configuration errors, and process gaps before they impact clients
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, increase automation, and enhance system reliability
• Conduct regular audits and root-cause analyses, implementing preventive measures when issues arise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary product liaison between engineering, operations, client services, and leadership
• Communicate product updates, risks, and roadmap changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with client-facing teams to understand pain points and translate feedback into product enhancements
• Collaborate with QA to define testing protocols that ensure system accuracy at scale.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Support hundreds of client configurations, ensuring the platform scales without sacrificing accuracy.
• Address escalations related to fee schedules, network mapping, or claims discrepancies with urgency and precision.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from client-facing teams to inform the product backlog.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits administration, or insurance technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-component systems or platforms.
• Working knowledge of database systems, with ability to write moderately complex SQL queries.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in high‑stakes, accuracy‑critical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience with claims processing systems, provider network data, or fee schedule management strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing products that serve a large, diverse client base.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
