Job summary

Jobtailor in Indore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EdTech, AI, software, and digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate across Product, Tech, AI/ML, UI/UX, Academic, Content, QA, Operations, data/BI, IT, and external vendors to deliver complex programs.

The role requires steering projects from requirements to deployment, ensuring schedules, milestones, and resources are aligned while mitigating risks and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, technology, software, EdTech, SaaS, digital transformation, or a related field.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects.
Experience taking projects from requirement → planning → development → testing → deployment → implementation.
Experience working with software development and technology teams.
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Agile/Scrum certification or experience, EdTech/LMS/ERP experience, AI/Generative AI awareness, Product Management experience, SQL/Data Analytics/Power BI knowledge, API and system integration experience, project management tools, UI/UX understanding, vendor and client management experience, and technology implementation experience are good-to-have.
EdTech experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver EdTech, AI, software, academic technology, and digital transformation projects.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, AI/ML, UI/UX, Academic, Content, QA, Operations, data/BI, IT/Infrastructure, and external vendors.
Convert product requirements and business objectives into project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
Create schedules and execution trackers; monitor progress and manage multiple projects.
Coordinate development of web, mobile, LMS, AI, analytics, and integration projects.
Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, and product releases.
Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, delays, scope changes, and issue registers.
Act as primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholders, school leadership, academic teams, vendors, and institutional clients.
Maintain project plans, BRD/PRD coordination, user stories, roadmaps, sprint plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, risk registers, UAT documentation, release plans, and status reports.
Prepare MIS and management dashboards covering project health, progress, delays, risks, and deliverables.
Implement Agile/Scrum practices; coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track backlogs, sprint velocity, deliverables, and release schedules; support requirements prioritization.

Requirements
