Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Senior Product Engineer SRE to lead 24x7 operations in Pune. The role focuses on incident management, reliability KPIs, and driving observability across Dynatrace, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Splunk. You will collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to ensure high availability.

Ideal candidates bring strong SRE skills, experience with AWS services, and a track record in automation and AIOps to improve efficiency and MTTR metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering and 24x7 operations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including CloudWatch, Route53, S3, CloudFront.
• Proficiency with observability tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 SRE operations and Major Incident Management for P1/P2 incidents.
• Own and govern SLI, SLO, SLAs, MTTR and service reliability KPIs.
• Drive observability and monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Splunk.
