Job summary

NVIDIA in Pune, India is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Product Engineer with board‑level hardware manufacturing experience to support the rapid growth of NVIDIA product manufacturing worldwide.

You will identify manufacturing issues, perform root‑cause analyses, lead continuous improvements, and collaborate across functions to deliver robust solutions for complex engineering challenges in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics.
• 5+ years’ experience in backend product manufacturing experiences of consumer or enterprise board level product.
• Deep technical knowledge in Hardware of consumer or enterprise board level product and failure analysis.
• Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in board‑level failure analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address recurring or long‑standing manufacturing issues through comprehensive root cause analysis.
• Conduct detailed failure analysis for board‑level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve persistent production problems.
• Facilitate problem‑solving sessions and workshops to gather cross‑functional input and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long‑term success.
• Document and share best practices and lessons learned to prevent future issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support to teams dealing with complex manufacturing challenges.
• Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes and improvements.
• Define the yield handling, aging, event alert, and OCAP and lead DOE to solve bugs for solutions.
