Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Bengaluru, India invites applications for Senior Circuit Design Engineer. You will design and verify SRAM, analog and digital circuit IPs, drive innovations for power and performance, and collaborate across global teams to enhance silicon accuracy and security.

The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to robust design methodologies. Ideal candidates have strong CMOS fundamentals, SPICE and STA experience, plus a track record in silicon correlation

Qualifications

• BE/M-Tech in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver circuit IPs involving SRAM arrays, Analog and/or Digital circuits.
• Design and verification of Custom Circuit IPs to improve power, performance, silicon correlation and security of NVIDIA CPU, GPU and Networking chips.
• Discuss challenges related to Vmin, Vmax, VF, Yield, spice modelling, silicon debug and propose innovative solutions.
• Understand existing circuit methodologies for logic/RAMs and suggest improvements.
• Interact with global teams across geographies to improve silicon correlation of logic and RAM circuits.
• Mentor/technical lead for junior team members.
