Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced circuit design engineer in Bengaluru to help design and verify high‑performance IPs for logic and RAM circuits. You will work with a world‑class team on innovative silicon solutions and collaborate across global groups to optimize power, performance, and security.

Ideal candidates have strong CMOS fundamentals, hands‑on SPICE experience, and 3–8 years in related roles. BE/MTech in EEE/ECE or equivalent is required, with a hybrid work model and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals of CMOS devices, RC circuits, and timing concepts.
• Hands-on circuit design, spice simulations, statistical modelling, and STA.
• Knowledge of silicon correlation and physical design is a plus.
• Ability to develop flows like EM, IR, Noise, and STA to meet specs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• BE/MTech in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a hardworking, multi-functional Global Circuits Team, designing and delivering groundbreaking circuit IPs.
• Architect innovative circuit solutions and measure on‑chip silicon performance against pre‑silicon estimates for logic and RAMs.
• Design and verify Custom Circuit IPs to improve power, performance, silicon correlation and security of NVIDIA CPU, GPU and Networking chips.
• Collaborate with teams across geographies to address Vmin, Vmax, VF, Yield, spice modelling and silicon debug.
• Understand existing circuit methodologies for logic/RAMs and propose improvements.
• Mentor or lead junior team members.

What you'll be doing:

• Be part of a hardworking, talented, multi-functional Global Circuits Team, designing and delivering groundbreaking circuit IPs involving SRAM arrays, Analog and/or Digital circuits.
• Work on architecting innovative circuit solutions and methodologies which supervise, measure on-chip silicon performance parameters and close the gap to pre-silicon estimations for logic and RAMs
• Be involved in design and verification of Custom Circuit IPs to improve the power, performance, silicon correlation and security of NVIDIA CPU, GPU and Networking chips
• Participate in discussion with various teams to understand challenges related to Vmin, Vmax, VF, Yield, spice modelling, silicon debug and propose innovative solutions.
• Understanding of existing circuit methodologies for logic/RAMs and suggest improvements.
• This role includes interacting with several global teams across geographies, understanding various methodologies and improving silicon correlation of logic and RAM circuits.
• Be a mentor/technical lead for junior team members.

What we need to see:

• Have sound fundamentals of CMOS devices, RC circuits, timing concepts involving dynamic and sequential circuits.
• Hands-on experience with circuit design, spice simulations, statistical modelling, Static/Dynamic timing analysis
• Knowledge of silicon corelation, data analytics and physical design is a huge plus.
• Ability to close design to the specs by running and developing various flows like EM, IR, Noise, and static timing analysis (STA)
• Good communication skills ; should be an excellent teammate.
• BE/M-Tech in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3-8 years of experience
