Job summary

Razorpay in Bengaluru seeks an ambitious AI-native designer who can architect and ship AI-driven design infrastructure at scale. You will join a cross-functional team to redefine how design workflows are automated and integrated across product, design, and engineering.

The role emphasizes building systems, shipping end-to-end automation, and maintaining frontier knowledge of AI capabilities to continuously push the envelope.

About the Role

This role exists because we believe the future of design is fundamentally agentic. Youre not here to use AI as a productivity tool - youre here to redesign the entire practice of design itself. Part engineer, part designer, part systems architect, entirely at the frontier.

• Set the new standard : Be the living proof of AI-native design workflows. Build remarkable things, show them to the team.
• Build the stack : Ship projects that progressively automate the design process - from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
• Enable the org :Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end - independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.
• Find the friction :Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.
• Stay ahead :Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby - as a core job function
