Job summary

Onit is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, AI-enabled experiences across our enterprise SaaS platform. You will own significant portions of the product experience end-to-end, from discovery to execution, collaborating with product management, engineering, and research.

You should have 5-8+ years designing complex SaaS products, strong systems thinking, and experience building design systems. Bring a user-first mindset and the ability to explain decisions clearly.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Designer is a highly skilled, hands-on contributor who plays a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across one or more products or initiatives. This role balances strong design craft with thoughtful problem-solving, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and research to translate complex requirements into elegant, effective solutions. We expect you will bring an interest in AI, both as an integral tool for solving customer problems, but also in your everyday work.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own significant portions of the product experience end-to-end, from discovery through execution, while contributing to broader design strategy and standards. You’ll bring a user‑first mindset, leverage data and research, and help raise design quality through collaboration, critique, and example.

This role is ideal for a designer who excels at execution, enjoys solving complex UX challenges, and is ready to influence product direction without requiring broad organizational ownership.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable/Cursor/v0, etc) and familiarity with enterprise development workflows.
