Job summary

Onit, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead software implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and client expectations while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to meet goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in related roles, strong English communication, and experience with CLM or legal tech platforms. This role offers engagement with international clients and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with CLM systems or similar (legal) tech platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in English (C1-2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience coordinating with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end software implementation projects from initial discovery to post-go-live support.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
• Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on project goals and requirements.
• Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and training.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
• Support the transition from implementation to customer success/account management teams.
• Understand client needs and configure settings of our solutions that will materially benefit the client’slegaloperations.
• Communicate effectively with other teams.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality.
• Support cross-functional initiatives as required.

Position Summary

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant education and minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems or similar (legal) tech platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (C1-2)
• Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with international clients, and adapt to evolving client requirements
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues as they arise
• Experience working with automated workflow and process mapping tools
• Comfortable with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI and Project Management tools
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word with a strong grasp of document formatting techniques
