Job summary

Lenskart.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product experiences across customer, store, and warehouse ecosystems. You will tackle complex challenges in discovery, conversion, and operational efficiency while shaping brand-aligned interfaces.

You will lead visual design across marketing campaigns and product interfaces, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product, Eng, and marketing to drive business impact at speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dedicated product design experience, with emphasis on scalable digital products and visual communication.
• Domain expertise in E-commerce, hyper-local delivery, or consumer-facing apps.
• Strong background in digital branding, including scalable logos and high-fidelity creatives.
• Campaign and growth design experience across desktop and mobile web/apps.
• Experience contributing to or scaling design systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End ownership of design lifecycles for complex, multi-touchpoint journeys.

As a Senior Product Designer at Lenskart, you will own and drive end-to-end product experiences across our customer, store, and warehouse ecosystems. You will tackle complex challenges in user discovery, conversion optimization, operational efficiency, and error reduction. Beyond core UX/UI, you will oversee the visual touchpoints of the product journey, ensuring a cohesive brand experience from marketing campaigns to product interfaces. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define ambiguous problems, shape product vision, execute high-fidelity design, and directly influence business outcomes while collaborating at speed.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire design lifecycle for highly complex, multi-touchpoint user journeys.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Product Managers to co-create product strategy, roadmaps, and vision.
• Data-Driven Design: Transform complex data, analytics, and user research insights into intuitive design solutions.
• Metric Accountability: Define, track, and actively move key business and user experience metrics.
• Design Execution: Deliver high-fidelity UI/UX, advanced interactive prototypes, and production-ready specifications.
• Cross-Channel Consistency: Design and oversee high-impact CRM assets and growth-marketing creatives to maintain visual consistency across user touchpoints.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated product design experience (with 3-5 years focusing heavily on scalable digital products and visual communication).
• Domain Expertise: Proven background in E-commerce, Hyper-local delivery, or Consumer-facing apps.
• Visual & Brand Expertise: Strong background in digital branding, including the creation of scalable logos, custom iconography, and high-fidelity product creatives.
• Campaign & Growth Design: Proven experience designing responsive marketing campaigns across both Desktop and Mobile web/app ecosystems.
• Systems Thinking: Strong experience contributing to or scaling robust Design Systems.
• Tooling: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (for branding assets), advanced prototyping tools, and modern AI-assisted design workflows.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, data utilization, shipped end-to-end products, and high-quality visual/campaign design.

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Experience creating scalable asset templates for high-volume CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze).
• Background in optimizing supply chain, warehouse, or retail POS applications.
