Job summary

BTVK Advisory in Bengaluru seeks a Product Manager/Operations professional to drive strategic SaaS platform features and backlogs. You will translate business needs into user stories and collaborate with US stakeholders to plan sprints, UAT, and releases.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure governance, and support platform adoption while contributing to change management and training initiatives. A minimum of 3 years in relevant roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Operations, BA, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience in managing and configuring enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong Agile, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
• Agile or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of ChatGPT and Claude product features, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog with US counterparts, coordinate sprint planning, UAT, releases, and delivery tracking.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate issues proactively to leadership.
• Support day-to-day operations of ChatGPT and Claude platforms for business users.
• Support creation and monitoring KPIs and metrics; coordinate with engineering for issue resolution.
• Review platform configuration for consistency and compliance with standards.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned platforms and coordinate with US PMs and admins.
• Conduct primary research and understand end-user perspectives to inform decisions.
• Support onboarding and adoption initiatives; analyze platform metrics and derive insights.
• Contribute to change management and training for platform adoption.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release readiness and validation.
• Maintain product documentation and prepare dashboards and status reports.
• Track product metrics and governance docs to ensure compliance and visibility.
