Job summary

Qnity is seeking an experienced Procurement Shared Services professional to support global procurement activities. The role involves managing supplier relationships, data-driven procurement planning, and ensuring compliance across contracts and processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, data analysis capability, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency in procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports global procurement by managing supplier, site or carrier relationships and addressing major quality, service, or operations issues with suppliers or clients.
• Collects, analyzes, summarizes, and audits data to develop procurement plans, manage spend, ensure process compliance, and expedite or troubleshoot deliveries of materials and services.
• Ensures alignment with site/supplier compliance for contracts, procurement systems/processes, including regulations, safety, quality, pricing, and service delivery.
• Provides experienced administrative support earned through training and on-the-job experience.

Procurement Shared Services

In support of global procurement teams, manages supplier, site or carrier relationships and resolves major quality, service or operations issues with leveraged suppliers or clients. Collects, analyzes, summarizes, organizes and audits data to develop procurement plans, manage spend, ensure process compliance, and expedite or troubleshoot delivery of quality materials and services. Ensures alignment with relevant site and/or supplier compliance related to specific aspects of contracts, procurement systems/processes, including government regulations, safety, quality, pricing and service delivery.

Experienced administrative support position requiring full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.

• Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems (or requires deep skills in a single area).
• Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish broader objectives.
• Uses some discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency; completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
• Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; guides junior team members and may assist in their formal orientation and training.
• Takes a broad perspective and offers new, less obvious solutions to atypical or infrequent problems.
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data; may support the development of solutions to complex, recurring problems.
