Job summary

Qnity is seeking a skilled Procurement Operations professional to lead end-to-end P2P processes, contract management, and spend analytics across global teams. The role requires coordinating with Finance, Logistics, and Business units to ensure timely payments and optimal supplier performance.

Ideal candidates bring SAP/SharePoint experience, proficiency in Power Apps, and a strong focus on process improvements, compliance, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, P2P, Contract Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong understanding of the P2P lifecycle including Requisition-to-PO, PO management, and supplier engagement.
• Proven experience in Contract Management including amendments, extensions, renewals and compliance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with invoice exceptions, discrepancy resolution and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including Requisition-to-PO conversion, Purchase Order management, and supplier engagement.
• Proven experience in Contract Management, including contract amendments, extensions, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Hands-on experience in managing invoice exceptions, discrepancy resolution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Spend Analytics, reporting, and identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in SAP and SharePoint, with the ability to navigate procurement workflows, reporting, and document management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and process automation tools to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of logistics and transportation operations, including key freight modes (Ocean, Air, Road, Rail, and Intermodal) and associated industry terminology.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Business teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, compliance, and customer focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global shared services or center of excellence environment.
• Exposure to procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other sourcing and contract management platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement compliance, controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
