Enovis Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Process Executive - Voice to support Revenue Cycle Management. You will handle patient data, medical billing, insurance claims, and compliance tasks, delivering accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 1–2 years of US Healthcare RCM Voice experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and night-shift availability to align with US time zones.

Qualifications

Knowledge of US Healthcare RCM end-to-end processes.
Strong verbal communication and active listening.
Experience with practice management systems and payer portals.

Responsibilities

Handle patient data, medical billing, claims and compliance tasks.
Manage end-to-end AR follow-up with insurance providers.
Analyze reasons for claim rejections/denials and resolve promptly.
Initiate appeals or escalate unresolved claims.
Document calls and actions in the billing system with accuracy.
Meet SLA/KPI metrics: productivity, quality, turnaround time.
Collaborate with Data, Quality and Client Teams for resolution.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.

Role Summary:

Are you detail-oriented and results-driven? We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Process Executive - Voice. In this role, the Senior Process Executive - Voice in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is primarily responsible for handling patient data, medical billing, insurance claims, and compliance tasks to ensure smooth financial operations in healthcare organizations. The role demands accuracy, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication skills. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-moving, patient-focused setting amongst extraordinarily talented professionals dedicated to making life-changing innovations possible in orthopedics and beyond with brands such as DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare and Exos.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction Answer calls, emails, and chats professionally. Provide product/service information and resolve queries. Handle complaints and expedite unresolved issues to specialized departments, order entry, cash posting, etc.
Perform end-to-end AR follow-up with insurance companies via outbound calls to resolve pending/unpaid claims.
Analyze claims to identify reasons for rejections/denials and ensure timely resolution.
Initiate appeals or elevate unresolved claims to the appropriate department.
Document all call outcomes and actions taken in the billing system with accuracy.
Achieve and exceed SLA/KPI metrics such as productivity, call quality, resolution rate, and turnaround time.
Handle complex claim escalations and ensure effective closure.
Collaborate with Data, Quality, and Client Teams to ensure smooth claim resolution.
Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality guidelines.

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, Front-end and back-end processes aligned in Revenue cycle management
Excellent verbal communication skills with neutral accent and active listening.
Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively with payers.
Proficiency in working with practice management systems, payer portals, and MS Office tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with multiple systems.
Flexibility to work in night shifts/US time zones.
Ability to work 5 days a week in Hyderabad office

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream BA/BCOM/BBA, etc (No technical/IT background)
1-2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM Voice / Customer Service (AR calling, patient billing, or claim resolution).
