• Review AI-generated title reports, validate findings, identify discrepancies or exceptions, and apply professional judgment to ensure report accuracy and completeness.

• Review AI-generated title reports, validate findings, identify discrepancies or exceptions, and apply professional judgment to ensure report accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve title issues by researching public records and coordinating with underwriters, attorneys, lenders, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable state and county recording requirements.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets while handling multiple title orders.
• Update title production systems and maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Communicate title findings and exceptions clearly to internal teams and support issue resolution.
