Job summary

NLB Services is seeking a senior Data Solutions & Analytics leader in India to own end-to-end data capabilities across multiple client accounts. You will drive data strategy, architecture, modernization roadmaps, governance, and cloud data platforms, while leading multi-client delivery across data engineering, BI, analytics, and AI/ML enablement.

Job description

We are looking for a senior Data Solutions & Analytics leader to own end-to-end data capabilities across multiple client accounts. The role requires a strong combination of data architecture, engineering, analytics, delivery leadership, client management, and pre-sales/solutioning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Data & Analytics capabilities across multiple client accounts.
• Define data strategy, architecture, modernization roadmaps, governance, and cloud data platforms.
• Lead multi-client delivery covering data engineering, architecture, BI, analytics, and AI/ML enablement.
• Manage executive-level client relationships, steering committees, escalations, SLAs, and delivery governance.
• Drive account growth, proposals, RFPs, solutioning, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and new business.
• Architect solutions across data ingestion, ETL/ELT, lake/warehouse/lakehouse, governance, semantic layer, BI, and AI/ML.
• Lead, mentor, and scale multi-disciplinary data teams across multiple engagements.
• Own portfolio health, resource planning, quality, timelines, delivery risks, and value realization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and Delivery/Account Leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT Alteryx, Informatica, ADF, dbt.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, CDM, Data Governance, and Data Catalog.
• Experience with Collibra, Microsoft Purview, or Alation.
• Strong BI/Analytics experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts / portfolios and large-scale data transformation programs.
• Strong pre-sales, solutioning, proposal, RFP, and commercial/delivery model experience.
• Excellent C-level stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong people leadership experience managing and scaling data architects, engineers, BI developers, and analysts.

Preferred

• BFSI domain experience, including regulatory/risk reporting, core banking data, BCBS 239, Basel, or CCAR.
• Experience in consulting / IT services / system integrator / professional services environments.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Azure/AWS/GCP, TOGAF, DAMA/CDMP certifications are preferred.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM-driven analytics and AI strategy in regulated industries.
