Qualifications

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications roles (Required).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with social media and digital content is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating across time zones and independent work.
• Results-oriented with KPI and client-satisfaction focus.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan and implement effective PR campaigns tailored to client needs
• Monitor industry trends across focus sectors such as tech, energy, and professional services
• Create content such as press releases, media advisories, and key messaging documents
• Adjust campaign strategies based on results and feedback

Client & Media Relations

• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers
• Secure media coverage, interviews, and editorial opportunities
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and insights for clients

Team Collaboration & Quality Control

• Coordinate with team members to manage timelines and deliverables
• Guide junior staff on campaign tasks and best practices
• Review all client-facing documents to ensure consistency, tone, and accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a public relations or communications agency
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
