• Work closely with Account Directors to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Motivate and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
• Stay ahead of upcoming news trends, industry developments, and consumer insights.
• Guide the team in creating compelling media pitches and securing impactful placements.
• Partner with colleagues across departments and practices to deliver integrated solutions and drive business results.

Candidate Requirements

Education

Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field

Experience

Minimum of 6 years in PR, with proven success in managing consumer brand accounts.
