Job summary

NetWeb Software is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design and delivery of customer-specific dashboards and BI solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into analytics, build scalable Power BI models, and mentor junior developers.

You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact reports, optimize performance, and ensure governance and security best practices across BI projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI.
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex business scenarios.
• Proven experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or Databricks would be an added advantage.
