Job summary

Inizio is a global partner with over 10,500 experts operating in more than 50 countries. We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & AI Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across the Power Platform suite, including AI integration with Copilot Studio.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, drive governance standards, and mentor junior developers in an Agile environment. Expect collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development across multiple components.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Dataverse, Power Fx, DAX, and custom connectors.
• Experience building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and integrating AI Builder models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Enforce Power Platform governance standards including CoE policies, DLP, and environment strategy.
• Manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for solution deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers.
• Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications to enterprise standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform & AI Developer to join our digital transformation team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
