Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker India Private Limited is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to oversee a portfolio of programs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead program planning, resource allocation and budget oversight while coordinating cross-functional teams across functions and geographies.

Ideal candidates will bring proven PMO leadership, strong stakeholder communication and robust risk management capabilities, along with a track record of delivering complex programs on time

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex programs.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with stakeholder management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• PM certification such as PMP, PgMP, or MSP is highly desirable.

Senior PMO Manager

Job Purpose: The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program to ensure they align with the organization’s strategic objectives, directing the project activities of the various functions involved. Projects are defined and directed by the SEF Management team functional leads in line with business requirements. This role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines, as well as ensuring effective communication among required stakeholders.
