Job summary

Apex Group in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced O365 Subject Matter Expert to guide Microsoft 365 services, security and compliance across enterprise environments. You will lead migration and integration initiatives, implement Entra ID and Conditional Access, collaborate with IT teams, and drive automation using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as O365 SME or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
• Hands-on experience with migration and integration projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.
• Project management skills with experience in leading technical initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MS-700 (Teams Administrator) or any other relevant MS cloud certificate.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
