Responsibilities

• Oversee 250+ phlebotomists across the city.
• Guide 5 Team Leaders in daily operations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and service quality.
• Ensure timely customer visits and smooth sample collection operations.
• Handle operational issues and escalations related to phlebotomists.
• Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with Team Leaders.
• Identify manpower requirements and optimal deployment.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share updates with management.
