The role requires DMLT/MLT certification, with at least 6 months of Vacutainer blood collection experience. A two-wheeler with license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• DMLT/MLT certification mandatory.
• B.Sc Nursing or GNM candidates can be considered.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection (mandatory).
• Experience in home collection preferred.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per the assigned schedule.
• Perform blood collection using Vacutainer and other collection procedures safely and accurately.
• Conduct ECG procedures when required.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples.
• Maintain cold chain and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.
• Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients when required.
