Job summary

Coforge is seeking a seasoned Pega AI Architect in Hyderabad to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled Pega applications. You will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, mentor system architects, and drive integration with external systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and hands-on experience with ECS patterns and Pega cloud/on-prem implementations, shaping future-state cloud AI

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Pega experience.
• CSSA certification with 5+ years of hands-on CSSA experience.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with business stakeholders.
• Experience implementing AI capabilities within enterprise applications.
• Design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions within Pega applications.
• Experience with conversational AI, intelligent document processing, and recommendation engines.
• Strong understanding of both Pega On-Prem and Pega Cloud implementations.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement Pega applications following guardrails and best practices.
• Experience integrating external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and AI services.
• Ability to provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), inheritance, reusable components, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing applications using Pega diagnostic and performance tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring System Architects and supporting team development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Demonstrated AI aptitude, including current on-prem AI capabilities and readiness to support future-state cloud AI initiatives.
