Acesoft Labs is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll workflow and data integrity. You will coordinate with stakeholders, validate inputs, and work with the payroll partner to ensure accurate salary processing.

Experience in payroll for Singapore, Australia, and China, plus strong Excel and communication skills, is essential. Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll, especially for Singapore, Australia, and China.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll data validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Workday HR system is preferred.

The roles and responsibilities:

• Collecting inputs from stakeholders, validating them, and sending them to the payroll partner.
• Verifying reports from the payroll partner to ensure accuracy, including employee salary, standard deductions, and demographic details.
• Following the company's process for salary disbursement, which may involve direct disbursement by the payroll partner or by the company itself, depending on the country.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with the Workday HR system is preferred.
• Experience: Seeking candidates with seven-plus years of experience, particularly in payroll for Singapore, Australia, and China.
• Additional Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
