Infosys BPM in Chennai seeks a payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand employees on a regular cycle. You will ensure accurate wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leaves while validating inputs such as timesheets and new hires.

You will handle statutory filings, year-end processes, and maintain audit-ready records, coordinating with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand payroll regulations.
• Ability to reconcile payroll data and prepare reports.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and year-end processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand employees on a regular payroll cycle
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and leave entitlements
• Validate payroll inputs including timesheets, new hires, terminations, and salary changes
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage statutory compliance reporting for Australia and New Zealand, including PAYG, Superannuation, KiwiSaver, ESCT
• Prepare and submit statutory filings, returns, and reports within regulatory timelines
• Support annual payroll activities such as tax summaries, payment summaries, and year-end reconciliations
• Payroll administration: address employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation in accordance with audit requirements
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors as required

Roles Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand employees on a regular payroll cycle
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and leave entitlements
• Validate payroll inputs including timesheets, new hires, terminations, and salary changes
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Statutory Compliance Reporting: Manage statutory requirements for Australia and New Zealand, including:
• Australia: PAYG withholding, Superannuation, STP (Single Touch Payroll), Payroll Tax
• New Zealand: PAYE, KiwiSaver, ESCT, ACC levies
• Prepare and submit statutory filings, returns, and reports within regulatory timelines
• Support annual payroll activities such as tax summaries, payment summaries, and year-end reconciliations
• Payroll Administration: Address employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation in accordance with audit requirements
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll data and reports
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors as required
