Job summary

Dow India seeks a Time and Absence Specialist in Navi Mumbai to deliver accurate global time and absence services and lead change initiatives. You will oversee data, workflows, and partner processes, ensuring timely payments and compliance across HR and Controllership.

The role focuses on system implementations and cross-functional collaboration to improve global time solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in time/absence, payroll or related areas, with advanced Excel and data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in time and absence, payroll, or related processes across diverse business processes.
• Experience with Time and Absence, Payroll, Finance or HR benefits; centralized models preferred.
• Strong communication, influencing skills and cross-functional change leadership.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and case-management or ticketing experience.
• Experience with Workday, ADP eTIME, Kronos, Workforce Now or similar time solutions.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and case-management or ticketing skills.
• Experience with Workday, ADP eTIME, Kronos, Workforce Now, or similar time solutions; implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong consulting and change-management skills, with an independent and accountable work style.

• At least 3 years of technical and practical experience in time and absence, payroll, or another relevant area across diverse business processes.
• Experience in Time and Absence, Payroll, Finance, or HR Compensation and Benefits, including designing or operating centralized business models.
• Cross-functional, cross-cultural change leadership and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience in high-volume operations, internal controls, audits, and complex labor, time, absence, payroll, or benefits requirements.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and case-management or ticketing skills.
• Experience with Workday, ADP eTIME, Kronos, Workforce Now, or similar time solutions; implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong consulting and change-management skills, with an independent and accountable work style.
