Job Description

Good experience in CC&B, C2M, and CCS integration projects in Utilities.
Ability to understand key integration issues and implement solutions using Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS functionality.
Consulting expertise, package customization, and integration of OUAF applications (MDM, CC&B, C2M, CCS) with upstream and downstream systems.
Perform technical design in OUAF applications based on Functional Specifications and/or User Story Definitions.
Experience with configuration tools including Portals, Service Scripts, Business Services, Plugin Scripts.
Hands-on experience implementing Batches, IWS, Service Programs, Groovy Extract, and other batch-based integration patterns.
Ability to map functional requirements to technical requirements.
Deploy OUAF application code across multiple environments.
Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), and Customer Cloud Service (CCS).
Good understanding of integration patterns between CC&B/C2M/CCS and other utility enterprise or operational systems.
Functional knowledge of key modules such as Customer Information, Billing, Rates, Payments, Meter & Devices is a plus.
Contribute to the development of your own and the teams technical acumen.
Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
