Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in India is seeking an Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS Administrator with hands-on OUAF experience to manage development, testing, and production environments both on premise and in the cloud.

You will handle user and security management, batch framework scheduling, meter data loads, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and deployment support, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the C2M system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS applications on premise and cloud environments (Development, Test, Pre-Prod, Production).

• Monitor and manage batch framework jobs, meter data loads, billing batches, and usage transactions.
• Troubleshoot C2M-specific issues including VEE rule exceptions and AMI integration errors.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and deployments across environments.

Job description

We are looking for an Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS Administrator with strong expertise in managing OUAF-based environments and hands-on experience in supporting end-to-end C2M implementations. The role requires advanced technical and administrative skills to configure, monitor, and maintain Oracle C2M application environments (development, testing, and production) both on premise and cloud applications. Candidate will be responsible for user and security management, batch framework scheduling and monitoring, meter data load oversight, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and deployment support. The candidate should have proven capability in troubleshooting C2M-specific issues such as usage transaction errors, VEE validation failures, and AMI integration monitoring, while coordinating with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the C2M system.

Position Requirements

• Manage and maintain Oracle CC&B,C2M, CCS application on premise and cloud environments (Development, Test, Pre-Prod, Production).
• Technical/Functional skill set on Oracle CC&B,C2M, CCS configurations and customizations
• Configure and administer user roles, security profiles, and environment settings.
• Monitor and manage batch framework jobs, ensuring successful execution of meter data loads, billing batches, and usage transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve C2M-specific issues including usage transaction failures, VEE (Validation, Estimation & Editing) rule exceptions, and AMI integration errors.
• Perform system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure high availability and stability.
• Support patching, upgrades, and deployments across environments in coordination with technical teams.
• Provide environmental health checks, capacity planning, and proactive system maintenance.

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Proven experience in C2M administration including batch framework, usage transactions, and meter data management.
• Good knowledge of WebLogic Administration and Oracle Database.
