Job summary

DMAIC Academy & Consultancy is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP specialist in Pune with 8–12 years of Oracle E-Business Suite exposure, primarily in Order Management. You will work in a hybrid model with core hours aligned to IST, and collaborate across onshore/offshore teams while mentoring others.

Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic role within a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12), focused on Order Management.
• 7+ years with SQL and PL/SQL, including tuning and development tooling.
• 5+ years with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• 5+ years with XML/BI Publisher and Oracle Workflow Builder.
• 2+ years with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Unix.
• Strong problem solving and working with business users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

Job description

Our most successful candidates will have:

• 8–12 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12), with strong expertise primarily in Order Management modules.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL and SQL tuning including SQL and PL/SQL development tools
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
• 5+ years of experience with XML/BI publisher
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) desirable
• 2+ years of experience with a Unix flavor operating system.
• Knowledge of general business operating principles.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure when working with the business users.
