Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Senior Operations Support Engineer (Integration Platform) to oversee the operational management, monitoring, deployment, security, and continuous improvement of our enterprise integration platforms. You will ensure reliable operation of over 2,000 integrations and 1,200 supplier connections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in integration platforms and governance.
• Experience with BizTalk Server, GoAnywhere MFT, and integration best practices.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration and SSL certificate management.
• Experience with SQL Server and EDI/B2B integrations (EDIFACT, X12).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and on-premise integration environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational management of production and non-production integration platforms.
• Manage infrastructure administration including installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Handle onboarding, access control, and security configurations.
• Ensure high availability and governance across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead incident management, RCA, change management, and DR planning.
• Coordinate platform deployments, environment migrations, and business continuity activities.
• Provide third-level support and escalation ownership for critical integrations.
• Lead communications during major incidents with stakeholders.
• Maintain platform documentation and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable integration services.
• Translate requirements into design of scalable integrations and APIs.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Promote best practices and reliability across the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Senior Operations Support Engineer (Integration Platform) who will be responsible for operational management, support, monitoring, deployment, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration platforms. Ensures reliable and secure operation of more than 2,000 integrations and 1,200 supplier connections while providing operational support, onboarding, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities –

• Own the operational management of Production and Non-Production Integration Platforms supporting 2,000+ integrations and 1,200 supplier connections.
• Manage Integration infrastructure administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, platform maintenance, and environment standards.
• Manage application, supplier, developer, and user onboarding, including access control, security permissions, and compliance alignment.
• Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, scalability, and governance compliance across Azure, AWS, and on-premise integration environments.
• Oversee SSL certificates, authentication mechanisms, security configurations, secure connectivity, and platform security controls.
• Incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change management, major incident resolution, and preventive improvement actions to ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate and drive platform deployments, environment migrations, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity activities.
• Provide third-level support and technical escalation ownership for business-critical integrations and platform services.
• Lead communication during major incidents or outages impacting suppliers, trading partners, business users, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve platform documentation, operational procedures, support knowledge bases, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, infrastructure, security teams, product teams, suppliers, and external vendors to ensure stable integration services.
• Translate business and technical requirements into supportable integration solutions, technical specifications, and operational designs.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable, secure, and supportable integrations, APIs, EDI flows, mappings, transformations, and file transfer solutions.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and operational automation.
• Promote integration standards, platform governance, best practices, continuous improvement, and service reliability across the team.
• Coach and guide junior engineers, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to capability development within the integration support team

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.
