Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Support Engineer (Integration Platform) in Maharashtra. The role covers operational management, support, monitoring, deployment, security, and continuous improvement for enterprise integration platforms.

You will support 2,000+ integrations and 1,200 supplier connections, overseeing onboarding, incident management, and governance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS/Engineering/Business Admin and strong experience in integration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Enterprise Integration platforms and best practices.
• Strong Linux/UNIX and Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Proficient in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with EDI/B2B and related standards (EDIFACT, X12).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, mapping development, and documentation management.
• On-call support and incident/change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and non-production integration platforms supporting thousands of integrations and supplier connections.
• Administer integration infrastructure incl. installation, config, upgrades, patching, maintenance.
• Onboard users, manage access and security permissions.
• Support Azure and AWS integration environments with high availability and governance.
• Manage SSL certificates and secure connectivity.
• Lead incident management and RCA, change management, and DR activities.
• Coordinate deployments, environment migrations, DR and business continuity.
• Generate operational and compliance reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support services.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Operations Support Engineer (Integration Platform) who will be responsible for operational management, support, monitoring, deployment, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration platforms. Ensures reliable and secure operation of more than 2,000 integrations and 1,200 supplier connections while providing operational support, onboarding, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Production and Non-Production Integration Platforms supporting 2,000+ integrations and 1,200 supplier connections.
• Administered integration infrastructure, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance.
• Led application, supplier, and user onboarding, while managing user access and security permissions.
• Supported Azure and AWS integration environments, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and governance compliance.
• Manag SSL certificates, authentication mechanisms, security configurations, and secure system connectivity.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change management, and major incident resolution to ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinat deployments, environment migrations, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity activities.
• Generated operational, compliance, and performance reports and maintained platform documentation and knowledge bases.
• Collaborat with business stakeholders, development, QA, infrastructure, security teams, and external vendors to support integration services.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives across platform operations, support processes, and service delivery

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.
