Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to deliver data processes within the Global Operations Services Center, acting as country expert and contact for assigned markets. The role covers sales/back-office data, reporting, and analytics support across Europe, Africa, LATAM, NA and APAC.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Experience in multicultural environments; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with selected markets/verticals for all requests.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for data and transactional processes.
• Act as country expert for issues with Delivery Team Leads.
• Share best practices across the Global Operations Services Center team.
• Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope.
• Deliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Operations colleagues.
• Deliver data extractions from multiple databases.
• Deliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations and reporting of Field Force Incentives.
• Provide analytical support for all data processes in scope.
• Propose and deliver solutions; prioritize requests and manage workload.
• Follow SLAs & KPIs; ensure high-quality service.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes in scope.
• Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data processes.

We will hire a Senior Operations Specialist who will be accountable for the delivery of all data processes in scope of the Global Operations Services Center as well as for market/process expert and Point of Contact for the Global Operations Services Center. The processes in scope support commercial and marketing back-office activities such as Sales & activity reporting, e-permissions, incentives, training data processes and tools & application day to day administration. Each Senior Operations Specialist will be accountable and expert for a set of countries and working with peers across the team.

• 3-6 years’ experience in Service delivery, Shared service delivery or Sales operations.
• Service oriented/Customer service mindset
• Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy)
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery
• Preferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes (knowledge of data sets such as IMS, Cegedim One-Key, Internal sales, Field Force activity, etc.)
• Advanced Excel Skills (working with formulas, parameters)
