Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging machinery, ensuring all documentation is accurate. Perform specification checks, interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications, and determine the sequence of operations and setup methods. Take responsibility for individual contributions to team deliverables, fostering a positive team environment, and representing the work group within department teams. Manage personal time and professional development, prioritize workflow, and assist less-experienced colleagues in prioritizing their tasks. Complete assignments based on established procedures, identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and provide direction and training to team members. Share knowledge within and across work groups, proactively identify and resolve non-routine problems, and make decisions requiring multiple options. Work under general supervision, independently complete recurring assignments, and refer new or unusual problems to the supervisor. Ensure non-standard work is reviewed for sound technical judgment, adhere to Pfizer standards, guidelines, and values, and train others as needed. Apply safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in daily operations, operate production machines, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Train colleagues for cross-training and capability enhancement, perform special projects, handle objects and tools efficiently, and coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.
