Job summary

Pfizer in India is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to own data processes for the Global Operations Services Center, supporting Europe, AfME, LATAM, NA and APAC. You will be the country expert for assigned markets and handle data validation, reporting, and process improvements.

The role requires 3–6 years in service delivery or sales operations, strong IT literacy, Excel prowess, and excellent communication in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with selected markets/verticals for data requests and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for data and transaction activities.
• Serve as country expert for Delivery Team Leads.
• Share best practices across Global Operations Services Center.
• Deliver data validation, stewardship, reporting and analytics for designated datasets.
• Provide analytical support for all data processes in scope.
• Support data extractions from multiple databases.
• Ensure timely data uploads and KPI reporting.

We will hire a Senior Operations Specialist who will be accountable for the delivery of all data processes in scope of the Global Operations Services Center as well as for market/process expert and Point of Contact for the Global Operations Services Center. The processes in scope support commercial and marketing back-office activities such as Sales & activity reporting, e-permissions, incentives, training data processes and tools & application day to day administration. Each Senior Operations Specialist will be accountable and expert for a set of countries and working with peers across the team.

We are looking for:

• 3-6 years' experience in Service delivery, Shared service delivery or Sales operations.
• Service oriented/Customer service mindset
• Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy)
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery
• Preferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes (knowledge of data sets such as IMS, Cegedim One-Key, Internal sales, Field Force activity, etc.)
• Advanced Excel Skills (working with formulas, parameters)
• Self-motivated
• High level of independent and service oriented working attitude
• Able to propose process improvements & optimizations
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented

• Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.
• Fluency in additional EU language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian) preferred

You will be expected to:

• Engage with selected markets / verticals for all their requests
• Ensure process documentation is maintained up to date for data & transaction processes
• Act as a country expert for any issues with Delivery Team Leads
• Share best practices across the Global Operations Services Center team
• Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope
• Deliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Operations colleagues
• Deliver data extractions from multiples databases
• Deliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations and reporting of Field Force Incentives
• Provide analytical support and expertise for all data process in scope
• Propose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced
• Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan
• Follow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team and meets SRT KPIs
• Deliver high quality service for any activities in scope
• Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope
• Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data process in scope
