Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in India seeks a Senior Operations Lead for Networking Services Operations, driving end-to-end transformation across L2C/Q2C, renewals, and revenue operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business/Engineering/Finance/Operations or related field.
  • Typically 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, PMO leadership or Revenue Operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Desirable background in management consulting, enterprise program management, or strategy/Transformation roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Networking Services Operations strategy across L2C, Q2C, renewals, subscription ops, and revenue ops.
  • Drive standardization, optimization, and scalability of global sales and services operations processes and governance.
  • Define and execute future-state operating models across Salesforce, CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, and subscription billing.
  • Act as trusted advisor to executives, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on automation, digitization, and process modernization.
  • Drive enterprise-wide operating model transformation and change management across global teams.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities, plans, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution with risk management and value realization.
  • Develop executive presentations, board-ready communications, and strategic narratives.
  • Translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights via analytics and reporting.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance to drive productivity, quality, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and cross-functional alignment for faster decision-making.
  • Shape business strategy through analysis of operations, finance, customers, and market intelligence.
  • Champion innovation through emerging technologies, AI, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Services, Finance, IT, Product, and Operations.
  • Sponsor and oversee critical transformation programs aligned with corporate priorities.

Job Family Definition: Leads the strategy, transformation, governance, and execution of Networking Services Operations across Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), renewals, contract lifecycle management, subscription operations, and revenue operations. Drives process standardization, digital transformation, automation, operational excellence, and scalable business solutions while leveraging analytics and governance frameworks to improve business performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.

Management Level Definition: Recognized enterprise leader and subject matter expert in business operations, strategy, and transformation. Shapes organizational direction by defining operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps that support long-term business objectives. Leads complex, global cross-functional initiatives, influences executive decision-making, and delivers innovative solutions that drive operational excellence, business growth, and organizational change. Routinely exercises independent judgment and provides thought leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance across the organization.

What You’ll Do Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Networking Services Operations strategy across Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), renewals, contract lifecycle management, subscription operations, and revenue operations.
  • Drive the standardization, optimization, and scalability of global sales and services operations processes, systems, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Define and execute the future-state operational architecture across Salesforce, CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, subscription billing, and customer lifecycle platforms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and business solutions to support organizational priorities.
  • Lead large-scale business transformation initiatives focused on automation, digitization, process modernization, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
  • Drive enterprise-wide operating model transformation, process harmonization, and organizational change management initiatives across global teams.
  • Partner with senior executives to shape strategic priorities, operating plans, investment decisions, and transformation roadmaps that support business growth and customer success.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs and portfolios from strategy through execution, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and value realization.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, board-ready communications, business cases, and strategic narratives to support leadership decision-making.
  • Translate complex business, operational, and financial data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, visualization, and performance reporting.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance management mechanisms to drive productivity, quality, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment forums to accelerate decision-making and execution.
  • Shape business strategy through the analysis of operational, financial, customer, and market intelligence to identify growth, efficiency, and transformation opportunities.

What you need to bring
  • Education & Experience Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, Program Management, Revenue Operations, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives and business stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, PMO leadership, or enterprise program management is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Deep expertise in Networking Business, including renewals, subscriptions, contract lifecycle management, quoting, order management, and revenue operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of L2C/Q2C processes and platforms including Salesforce, CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, and subscription billing ecosystems.
  • Proven leader in business transformation, operating model redesign, process integration, digital modernization, and organizational change management.
  • Strong understanding of networking, subscription, recurring revenue, managed services, professional services, and customer success business models.
  • Exceptional consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Advanced analytical expertise encompassing business intelligence, data modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, capacity planning, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large and complex datasets into concise executive insights, recommendations, and business actions.
  • Expert in developing executive presentations, strategic communications, investment cases, and board-level storytelling.
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, including the leadership of global, multi-year transformation initiatives and strategic portfolios.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in ROI analysis, business case development, investment planning, and value realization tracking.
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Copilot, and modern analytics and visualization tools.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively partner with senior leadership and communicate complex strategies, operating models, and business outcomes to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, PMO leadership, or operational excellence environments within large global organizations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution to deliver sustainable business results and accelerate organizational transformation.
