The role involves providing bedside nursing support, monitoring patient condition, administering medication, maintaining records, and guiding family caregivers to ensure safe and effective care at home.

Role & responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients at home

• Deliver post-discharge care for patients recovering after hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
• Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments as per physician instructions and company protocols.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, infusion support, hygiene care, mobility assistance, and bedsore prevention, depending on training and case requirements.
• Observe changes in the patients condition and promptly report concerns to the doctor, supervisor, or care coordinator.
• Educate family members and caregivers on medication schedules, routine care, precautions, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, visit records, and patient care documentation.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical care standards during all visits.
• Coordinate with doctors, family members, and internal care teams to support the patients care plan

Preferred candidate profile

• GNM, ANM, or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration, where applicable under local requirements.
• CPR, basic life support, or first-aid training is preferred.

Work schedule

• Flexible shift options such as 8-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour duty, depending on patient needs and case assignment.
• Day shift, night shift, and rotational assignments may apply
